Café conTextos is a monthly book club hosted at our Pop-Up Shop La Montañita, located where three Chicago neighborhoods meet: Hermosa, Humboldt Park & Logan Square.

We focus on themes & topics that reflect the interests of readers within the club. Any club member can propose future titles, lead future book discussions & members will collectively decide each month’s title.

Our first selected title is Not "A Nation of Immigrants": Settler Colonialism, White Supremacy, and a History of Erasure and Exclusion by Roxanne Dunbar-Ortiz.
